HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Thank you for your interest in Sunrise Housing Co-op!

We accept expressions of interest by email between January 1st and March 31st each year and expressions of interest from the previous year's will be deleted. If you have applied or expressed interest previously, please send us a new expression of interest yearly. If a suite comes available anyone who has sent an expression of interest between January and March of this year will be sent an application and invited to apply. We do not maintain a waitlist or retain applications year to year.

Sunrise Housing Co-op members support a diverse, inclusive and friendly community to maintain safe and affordable housing. We believe that affordability, financial responsibility, sustainability, diversity, inclusion, respect, participation and cooperation are the foundations of co-op living.
We have 39 units ranging from one to three bedrooms:

New members need to purchase a share between $1,500 and $2,000 based on unit size.
